The VERNE project is advancing the transition to circular tourism across European destinations. By integrating research, innovation, and collaboration, VERNE aims to demonstrate how circular principles can strengthen sustainability, competitiveness, and community well-being in tourism regions. At the heart of this work are the VERNE Communities of Practice (CoPs) and five pilot destinations.
Join us to discover how the VERNE project is helping destinations across Europe turn circular economy principles into real tourism solutions. Through its Communities of Practice, VERNE brings together local businesses, authorities, and communities to co-design actions that work on the ground. In this webinar, the five pilot destinations will share how they are developing and testing these ideas in practice shaping a new model for sustainable tourism.
The webinar will take place online on the 22nd January 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 and the initial agenda can be seen below.
